JULY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Melissa Franklin
Melissa has been part of the RHCC team for 22 years. She started out as a CNA from 2000 to 2008 and then transferred to Central Supply from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, she furthered her experience by joining the business office as a Patient Account Charge Master and Insurance Resolution Specialist. In 2021, she also earned her certification as a Certified Coding Associate.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys being around horses, dogs, camping, fishing, listening to country music, reading a good romance novel, and being surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
Melissa enjoys working at RHCC, and states that she has some awesome coworkers. She also enjoys the challenges of her job.
