Please help us congratulate Maribel Wilson who was chosen as Rosebud Health Care Center’s July 2020 Employee of the Month.
Maribel is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the nursing home and has been at Rosebud Health Care Center since 2007 after moving from the Philippines to Colstrip, Montana. She took a couple years off to have her son and be a full-time mom but decided to return back to work in 2009 on a part-time basis. This has allowed her to still be available for her son but also spend time
outside the home, doing something she enjoys, which is caring for the residents.
Maribel considers RHCC her second home and says she loves working with all of the residents as they are like family to her. The residents in turn enjoy Maribel; especially since she always has a smile on her face and takes the time to visit with them. Her coworkers appreciate her kind, compassionate manner in which she interacts with each resident and her very strong work ethic.
Besides taking care of her son, Maribel loves cooking, golfing and traveling. Her favorite place to visit is the Philippines which allows her to spend time with her family.
