Bradley Dauterman
Congratulations to our January 2021 Employee of the Month, Bradley Dauterman!
Bradley started at Rosebud Health Care Center in Housekeeping/Laundry nearly three years ago, on February 28, 2018. After six months in that role, he participated in the CNA training at RHCC and received his CNA license. He then transferred to the nursing home where he has been assisting our residents for the last two and a half years.
Bradley hopes to one day acquire a Nursing and Psychology Degree, which he looks forward to using as a musical therapist as he loves the way music affects people. He himself enjoys music of all kinds ranging anywhere from Taylor Swift to Eminem, or The Doors to Britt Nicole.
In the meantime, he continues to work on his dream of becoming a Pokémon Master and would love to one day hoist a Super Bowl trophy on Super Bowl Sunday in some way, shape or form!
Since most of Bradley’s time is with the residents, they have become like family to him. However, his real family includes an amazing sous chef for a mother, two one-of-a-kind brothers and a strange but wonderful stepdad.
Somehow the passage has escaped him, but he loves the message: “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” Proverbs 16:24.
