Dr. Crose was born in the Southeast and spent his formative years in coastal South Carolina. After college in Tennessee, medical school in South Carolina, and residency in North Carolina, Dr. Crose opened his first practice just outside of his hometown in SC. Since that time, Dr. Crose has always focused on providing care in small communities with limited medical resources. Dr. Crose was a National Health Service Corp provider in rural Mississippi for 5 years before he and his wife decided to relocate to Montana in 2013. He currently lives in Philipsburg, MT and practices in Anaconda, Forsyth, and Ekalaka. Dr. Crose and his wife Tiffany were drawn to MT by the people, the natural beauty, and the endless opportunities for hunting and fishing. The Croses have 3 dogs and a handful of nieces and nephews.
